Job summary

Mondelez International in Renton, WA is seeking a Full-Time Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring iconic snacks like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store, stocking shelves, and ensuring products are front and center.

You will visit multiple locations, place orders via iPad using Salesforce, set up promotional displays, follow RTM plans, and support seasonal launches, while starting early to keep shelves stocked and shoppers engaged.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with valid REAL ID driver’s license or US passport.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and push/pull up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Serve as the face of the company to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits and capture display photos via DMI/Salesforce.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and prioritize coverage with the RTM.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and events.
• Communicate store-level insights to the RTM and management.
