Job summary

Mondelēz International in Alamosa, CO is hiring a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring world-famous snacks to life in stores, build relationships with store teams, stock shelves, and ensure products are in stock and well-displayed. This role involves in-store visits, iPad-based ordering, and promoting RTM plans.

The position requires 18+ years old, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Early start times and 20–25 hours per week are typical.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: Alamosa, CO
• Secondary locations: Monte Vista, CO
• Schedule availability required: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday; start by 6 am, 20-25 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism as you are the face of these iconic brands/owner of the biscuit aisle.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos, via DMI.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for shelf and display using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to your RTM and management team.
• Stay Safe & Compliant, embracing the physical nature of the role.
