Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to service Montgomery, Selma, and nearby areas. You will work in-store to ensure iconic brands are prominently displayed, stocked, and accurately merchandised.

Qualifications

Be at least 18 years old and have a valid REAL ID driver's license or US passport/federal ID to access on a military base.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Must be able to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance to various store locations.

Responsibilities

Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
Execute daily store visits and capture display photos via DMI.
Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
Follow daily schedules set by RTM for efficient coverage.
Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
Adhere to safety standards and handle lifting and stocking tasks.
