Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring iconic snacks to life in retail environments across Thornton, Broomfield, and Westminster. You will stock shelves, build displays, place orders via iPad, and ensure products are in-stock and properly presented.

You’ll work five days per week starting early, travel to multiple store locations, and collaborate with store teams to maximize visibility and sales.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance to various store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Capable of heavy physical activity: lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs; occasional >50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles of the primary location: Thornton, CO; secondary locations: Broomfield, Westminster.
• Schedule: five days per week including weekends; start by 6 am.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity as the face of the biscuit aisle.
• Deliver outstanding service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence and capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and align with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules set by the RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
• Follow safety practices, including lifting and moving products.
