Job summary

You will visit stores, stock shelves, build displays, take planogram photos, place orders on an iPad, and report store insights to the RTM team.

This role requires physical activity, weekend availability, and a proactive, customer‑oriented attitude with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license issued in your state.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with insurance to various store locations.
• Physically able to perform heavy lifting and repetitive motions.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store, face of brands, with professionalism.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits, stock shelves, and capture display photos.
• Build relationships with store personnel to support visibility.
• Order product via iPad to keep in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales and new product launches.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
• Stay safe and compliant, including lifting and moving products.
