Job summary

Mondelēz International in Missouri seeks a full-time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring iconic brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store—stock shelves, build displays, capture photos, and ensure products are always in stock and easy to find.

You will visit stores daily, place orders via iPad using Salesforce, follow RTM plans, communicate insights to the team, and work safely with lifting and moving duties.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude with ability to work independently.
• Must be able to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage.
• Able to perform physical duties including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Serve as the face of the company to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits, capture display photos via DMI, and stock shelves.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel for visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to the RTM team.
• Stay safe and compliant, including lifting and moving products.
