Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to execute in-store merchandising for iconic brands such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. The role focuses on stocking shelves, building displays, and ensuring products are in stock and prominently displayed across assigned stores.

The position requires driving to multiple locations around the St. Louis, MO area (including Chesterfield, Ballwin, Maplewood, University City).

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Able to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance to various store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment; physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs; occasional 50+ lb pushing/pulling.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles of St. Louis, MO; secondary locations include Chesterfield, Ballwin, Maplewood, University City, MO.
• Schedule: 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day; Start time 7:00am.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence; capture display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
• Stay safe and compliant, including lifting, bending, and moving product as needed.
