Mondelēz International is hiring a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer in Westminster, MD. You will represent Mondelēz brands in-store, build relationships with store teams, and place orders via iPad using Salesforce to ensure shelves are stocked and displays are current.

Open availability and a valid driver’s license are required. HS diploma or GED preferred; the role includes light physical work, mileage reimbursement, and a competitive benefits package. Shifts start around 7am.

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Drive daily store visits and capture display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
• Perform physical duties including lifting up to 25 lbs and moving products.
