Job summary

Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer at Mondelēz International is a full-time in-store role in the Burbank area. You will ensure shelves are stocked, displays are set, and products are ordered via iPad using Salesforce to keep items in stock and visible.

You will build relationships with store teams, participate in promotions, and support new product launches while adhering to RTM plans and schedules, with opportunities for career advancement within Mondelēz’s U.S. retail network.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance.
Positive, professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently.
Ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs and push/pull over 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence; capture display photos.
Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support visibility.
Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
Implement promotional displays and ensure RTM plan compliance.
Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM for efficient coverage.
Support seasonal sales, new product launches and merchandising events.
Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
