Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to represent iconic brands in-store, stock shelves, execute displays, and maintain strong relationships with store personnel. You’ll use an iPad and Salesforce to order products and implement promotional plans, starting Tuesday through Saturday at 7:00 AM.

Required are a high school diploma or GED, a professional, self-motivated attitude, and the ability to drive a personal vehicle.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive and professional attitude with the ability to work independently.
• Must be able to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage.
• Physical requirements: lifting up to 25 lbs, occasional 50+ lbs moves.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles from Dekalb, IL; secondary locations include Sycamore, Sterling, Dixon, IL.
• Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, start at 7:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity as the face of the brands.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Perform daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence; capture photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for shelf and display using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
• Stay safe and compliant; handle physical tasks as required.
