Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring our world-famous snacks to life in-store. You will build relationships with store teams, stock shelves, and ensure products are visible and in stock across assigned locations.

You will use an iPad and Salesforce to place orders, execute promotions, and follow RTM plans while maintaining safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle to various store locations with mileage reimbursement.
• Able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs and moving products as part of a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and serve as the face of the brands.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following Merchandising Excellence standards; capture display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support brand visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
• Adhere to safety and physical requirements of the role.
