Mondelēz International Inc. seeks a Full-Time Merchandiser Order Writer to bring iconic snacks to life in stores across the Downingtown, PA area. You will manage shelves, displays, and stock, while engaging store teams to ensure high visibility of brands like Oreo, Ritz, and Chips Ahoy!

You will use iPad and Salesforce for ordering and reporting, partner with RTMs, and support seasonal launches with a proactive, safety-conscious approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or consumer goods preferred.
• Be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs and push/pull up to 50 lbs.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Downingtown, PA.

Responsabilités

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Deliver outstanding service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits and capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel.
• Place product orders via iPad using Salesforce to keep shelves stocked.
• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal launches and high-visibility merchandising.
• Communicate insights and issues to RTM and management.
• Maintain safety and physical readiness during shifts.
