Job summary

Mondelez International Inc. is seeking a full-time Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store.

You will stock shelves, build displays, place orders via iPad, and ensure products are in-stock and well-presented across Phoenix, Glendale, and Peoria areas. The role emphasizes hands-on merchandising, strong customer service, and teamwork with store personnel, RTMs, and field staff.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and push/pull up to 50 lbs.
• Live within 25-35 miles of Phoenix, AZ; Glendale and Peoria are secondary locations.
• Open availability including weekends; start time around 6 am.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering excellent service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence and capture displays via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights or issues to RTM and management.
• Maintain safety and comply with physical demands of the role.
