Mondelēz International is seeking a full-time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring iconic brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store. You7ll stock shelves, build displays, write orders via iPad, and ensure products are consistently in stock while delivering excellent customer service.

The role involves visiting multiple store locations within Temecula, Lake Elsinore, and nearby areas, with early start times and physical activity such as lifting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid drivers license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondele9z in-store with professionalism and positivity; be the face of the brands.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Perform daily store visits and capture display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for shelf and display using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to the RTM and management team.
• Maintain safety and comply with physical requirements of the role.
