Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer in the Pleasanton, CA area. You will stock shelves, set up displays, and ensure products are in stock for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit.

Expect early shifts, physical merchandising, and travel within assigned stores. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs with occasional heavier duties.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive own vehicle.
• Positive, professional attitude with the ability to work independently.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to perform physical merchandising tasks.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positive demeanor.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits, capture display photos, and follow DSD Merchandising Excellence guidelines.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
