Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring iconic brands like Oreo and Chips Ahoy! to life in retail.

You will visit stores, stock shelves, set displays, and ensure products are in stock while coordinating with store teams and using Salesforce on iPad devices. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, reliable, with a HS diploma, capable of physical work, and willing to travel to Dekalb, Sycamore, Dixon IL areas; schedule Tue–Sat, 7:00 AM start.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive and professional attitude, self-motivated.
• Ability to drive your own vehicle with valid insurance.
• Able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs and carrying up to 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles of Dekalb, IL; secondary locations include Sycamore, Dixon, IL.
• Schedule Tuesday-Saturday; Start time 07:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DMI merchandising standards; capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure plan compliance with RTM agreements.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales and new product launches and higher-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
• Stay safe and compliant; perform physical tasks as required.
