Job summary

Staples Stores in Framingham, MA is seeking a Signing Program Manager to lead the design, production, and installation of in-store signage, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and an enhanced customer experience.

You will collaborate with home office partners and store teams, manage vendor relationships, and oversee timelines and budgets to deliver high-quality signage for openings and promotions.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of store signing and merchandising layouts.
• Knowledge of programs including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Confident go-getter with a can-do approach to new challenges, innovation and process improvement.
• An enthusiastic communicator, comfortable with taking lead in meetings and having open dialogue with partner teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the creation and implementation of all in-store signage, ensuring it is on-brand and functional for customer navigation and promotional efforts.
• Collaborate with home office teams (marketing, merchandising, and merchant) to execute store initiative visions and planogram activity.
• Partner with field teams to guide signage needs for openings, seasonal promotions, and store initiatives.
• Coordinate with external signage vendors, including sourcing materials, managing quotes, and ensuring timely production and delivery.
• Create and manage timelines for signage projects, tracking budgets and ensuring cost efficiency.
• Ensure signage quality and accuracy before installation, adjusting to meet brand standards and store requirements.
• Stay updated on signage trends and innovations to bring new ideas to the program.
• Address issues related to signage (damage, inaccuracies, installation concerns) and resolve with appropriate teams.
