You’ll shop the store for groceries, verify orders, handle returns, and assist customers with questions while maintaining safety and store standards.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Sufficient English language proficiency to prepare and shop customer orders.
• Must be 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Fulfills online orders efficiently, accurately and with a sense of urgency.
• Ensure product and order accuracy through verification and quality control processes.
• Learn and apply product knowledge, customer service standards, and store operations.
• Keep staging area organized and free of clutter.
• Handle in-store and online order returns and pickups.
• Assist with customer inquiries and provide store information.
• Maintain knowledge of product and promotional events.
