ARS is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores in Wilmington, NC.

Earn $17 per hour plus uncapped commission, with average earnings of $20-$30 per hour when commission is included. Both part-time and full-time schedules are available, with weekly pay and paid training. Insurance options begin after 31 days, and there is room to advance into HVAC sales roles.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Weekend and some holiday availability; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.

Qualifications

• You don't need HVAC experience to be successful. We are looking for people who are:
• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts
• Weekend and some holiday availability
• Reliable transportation
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
• Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law
