Job summary

ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to represent HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement stores in Murrells Inlet, SC. The role offers flexible part-time and full-time schedules with hourly pay plus commission and uncapped earning potential.

You will engage with customers, qualify leads, and schedule in-home consultations while promoting ARS solutions. Training is provided and weekly direct deposit pay is offered.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and comfort speaking with shoppers.
• Experience in retail or sales is a plus but not required.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability is needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
• Approach shoppers and start friendly, professional conversations.
• Ask questions to understand customers' home comfort needs.

• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
