ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to engage customers in retail environments and educate them on HVAC and home services. This role involves generating qualified leads, scheduling in-home consultations, and representing the ARS brand with enthusiasm.

We offer flexible part-time and full-time schedules, weekly pay, paid training, and opportunities for advancement into HVAC sales advisor roles. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Weekend and some holiday availability.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
• Approach shoppers and start friendly, professional conversations.
• Ask questions to understand customers' home comfort needs.
• Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and indoor air quality solutions.
