American Home Design is hiring for In-Store Promotions Representatives to work in Knoxville and surrounding areas inside local Home Depot stores. Positions available part-time and full-time with flexible schedules and weekly pay.

Promoters engage shoppers with a friendly script, schedule free water tests, and earn competitive base pay plus uncapped bonuses and potential for full-time benefits including health insurance.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing background (servers, retail, call center).
• Ability to speak to customers with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Independent, self-motivated, comfortable with rejection.
• Tech-savvy and able to learn app-based systems.
• Must work at least 1 weekend day; flexible schedule.
• Reliable transportation and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Engage shoppers with a well trained script to generate interest.
• Call the Call Center to schedule appointments on the spot.
• Use the provided script and technology tools accurately.
• Maintain energy and professionalism throughout the shift.
• Meet and exceed hourly appointment expectations.

American Home Design is hiring part-time and full-time In-Store Promotions Representatives for our Knoxville area team. We have opportunities to work in the Knoxville, Maryville, Centerline, Oak Ridge, Sevierville, Lenoir City and Morristown locations. Whether you are looking for a part-time position or beginning a sales career; we offer both options.

Our promoters work inside local Home Depot stores and schedule appointments for a free water test with shoppers. You are setting an appointment with homeowners for a FREE water test. You get paid well to talk to people! We offer paid training and a lucrative base + unlimited bonus opportunity. Our top in-store representatives are making over $30/hour!.

Promotions Rep Job Responsibilities:
