American Home Design is seeking in-store Promotions Representatives for the Tri-Cities/Knoxville area, with openings in Johnson City and Kingsport. Part-time and full-time options are available, offering a base plus bonuses and weekly compensation.

You’ll promote home-water tests inside local Home Depot stores and schedule appointments with homeowners. Top performers earn over $30/hour with paid training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing background (servers, retail, call center).
• Ability to speak to customers with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Independent, self-motivated and comfortable with rejection.
• Tech-savvy and able to learn app-based systems.
• Must be able to work at least 1 weekend day; flexible schedule.
• Able to walk the Home Depot store for a 4 hour shift.
• Reliable transportation; pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Set qualified appointments for in-home water assessments.
• Engage shoppers in conversation via a well trained script to generate interest in more information.
• Call the Call Center to confirm and schedule the customer's appointment time on the spot.
• Use the provided script and technology tools accurately.
• Maintain energy and professionalism throughout the shift.
• Meet and exceed hourly appointment expectations.
