American Home Design is hiring for in-store Promotions Representatives to work in Oak Ridge and surrounding areas in Tennessee. Roles include part-time and full-time opportunities inside Home Depot stores, setting qualified appointments for free water tests and engaging shoppers with a script.

Top reps are earning over $30/hour with a base + uncapped bonus. Flexible weekly schedules, weekly pay, daily pay option, and potential for full-time employment with benefits (including health insurance)

Qualifications

• Customer-facing background preferred (servers, retail, call center).
• Ability to speak to customers with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Independent, self-motivated, comfortable with rejection.
• Tech-savvy and able to learn app-based systems.
• Must be able to work at least 1 weekend day; flexible schedule.
• Reliable transportation and able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Set qualified appointments for in-home water assessments.
• Engage shoppers in conversation via a well trained script to generate interest in more information.
• Call the Call Center to confirm and schedule the customer's appointment time on the spot.
• Use the provided script and technology tools accurately.
• Maintain energy and professionalism throughout the shift.
• Meet and exceed hourly appointment expectations.

American Home Design is hiring part-time and full-time In-Store Promotions Representatives for our Oak Ridge area team. We have opportunities to work in the Knoxville, Maryville, Centerline, Oak Ridge, Sevierville, Lenoir City and Morristown locations. Whether you are looking for a part-time position or beginning a sales career; we offer both options.
