Job summary

American Home Design is hiring in-store Promotions Representatives for the Maryville area, with opportunities to work in Maryville and other Knoxville locations. You will promote water tests inside Home Depot stores, scheduling free tests with shoppers.

You are paid well to talk to people, with paid training and a base plus unlimited bonuses; top performers earn over $30/hour. We offer a flexible weekly schedule, weekly pay with daily pay option, and an uncapped bonus structure.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing background (servers, retail, call center).
• Ability to speak to customers with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Independent, self-motivated, comfortable with rejection.
• Tech-savvy and able to learn app-based systems.
• Must be able to work at least 1 weekend day; flexible schedule
• Ability to walk the Home Depot store for a 4 hour shift
• Reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Engage shoppers in conversation via a well trained script to generate interest in more information
• Call the Call Center to confirm and schedule the customer's appointment time on the spot
• Use the provided script and technology tools accurately
• Maintain energy and professionalism throughout the shift
• Meet and exceed hourly appointment expectations

American Home Design is hiring part-time and full-time In-Store Promotions Representatives for our Maryville area team. We have opportunities to work in the Maryville as well as other Knoxville locations. Whether you are looking for a part-time position or beginning a sales career; we offer both options.
