Job summary

Air Experts is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores in Edison, NJ. You will engage shoppers, qualify leads, present solutions, and schedule in-home consultations, earning hourly pay plus uncapped commissions.

Weekly pay and paid training are provided, with both part-time and full-time opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
• Approach shoppers and start friendly, professional conversations.
• Ask questions to understand customers' home comfort needs.
• Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and indoor air quality solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments.
• Represent the ARS brand professionally and enthusiastically.
• Work toward individual and team lead-generation goals.
• Provide a positive customer experience from the first conversation.
