Air Experts is hiring In-Store Lead Generators to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retailers. Earn hourly pay plus commission with potential to boost earnings through performance.

Locations include Ewing and West Windsor, NJ, with part-time and full-time opportunities. Engage customers, qualify leads, and schedule in-home consultations while upholding a professional ARS brand image.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
• Approach shoppers and start friendly conversations.
• Ask questions to understand customers' home comfort needs.
• Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and IAQ solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments.
• Represent the ARS brand professionally and enthusiastically.
• Work toward individual and team lead-generation goals.
