You will be a Brand‑Ambassador and Lead Generator, earning $18–$20 per hour plus uncapped commission, with an average potential of $20–$30 per hour with commission.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.

• Background check as per applicable law.

Responsibilities

• Act as a retail Brand‑Ambassador, representing ARS with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Serve as a Promotions Specialist explaining service options and upgrades.
• Function as a Lead‑Generator and Appointment Setter, scheduling in‑home appointments.
• Note: role is in-store only within partner stores; no door‑to‑door.
