The role supports lead generation, brand awareness, and customer education, with flexible part‑time and full‑time options. Training is provided, and advancement into HVAC Sales Advisor roles is possible.

Qualifications

• Positive and energetic personality with strong people skills.
• Comfortable approaching customers in a retail environment and explaining service options.
• Retail or sales experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean, professional appearance.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Act as a retail ambassador for HVAC services with professionalism.
• Explain service options, system upgrades, and comfort improvements.
• Lead‑generator and appointment setter, scheduling in‑home consultations and tune ups with technicians.
