Job summary

A.J. Perri Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling seeks an in-store sales representative to engage customers inside national home improvement retail stores. You will educate customers on HVAC and plumbing services and generate qualified leads for in-home consultations or service appointments.

There is uncapped commission with hourly pay, paid training, and flexible part-time or full-time schedules. Opportunities to advance into HVAC sales roles are available.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Weekend and some holiday availability
• Reliable transportation
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
