American Residential Services (ARS) is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to represent HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores. You will engage with customers, qualify leads, and schedule in-home consultations while earning hourly pay plus commissions.

Flexible part-time and full-time opportunities are available in Lancaster, SC. The role offers uncapped commissions, weekly pay, paid training, and potential career advancement into HVAC sales

• Reliable transportation
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand
• Ability to attend weekly in‑office meetings
