Brothers Heating, Cooling, Plumbing is hiring an In-Store Sales Representative / Lead Generator to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores in Lancaster, SC.

No HVAC experience needed; we seek an outgoing, sales-driven person who can engage customers, educate them on comfort options, generate qualified leads, and schedule in-home consultations. Flexible part-time or full-time roles with uncapped commission and benefits.

Qualifications

• Outgoing and comfortable engaging shoppers in-store.
• Retail, kiosk or sales background preferred but not required.
• Able to stand/walk during shifts and work weekends.
• Reliable transportation and professional presentation.
• Willing to attend weekly in-office meetings; background check will be conducted.

Qualifications

What You Need:

You don't need HVAC experience to be successful. We are looking for people who are:

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts
• Weekend and some holiday availability
• Reliable transportation
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
• Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law
