Job summary

ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to promote HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retailers. You will engage customers, identify needs, and generate qualified leads for in-home consultations with a focus on customer service and brand representation.

Typical earnings include $25–$35 per hour with incentives; pay includes hourly base plus uncapped commission and weekly direct deposit.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation is expected.
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings.
• Employment contingent on a background check.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
