ARS-Rescue Rooter in Pearland, TX is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores. Pay is $20 per hour plus uncapped commission with an average $20–$35/hour when including commissions; schedules are flexible with weekend requirements.

We offer paid training, weekly pay, and opportunities to advance, with part-time and full-time roles available.

Qualifications

• You don't need HVAC experience; we are looking for people who are outgoing and comfortable speaking with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, door-to-door, or sales experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts; weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation and a clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
• Attendance at weekly in-office meetings and successful background check.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
• Approach shoppers and start friendly, professional conversations.
• Ask questions to understand customers' home comfort needs.
• Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and indoor air quality solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments.
• Represent the ARS brand professionally and enthusiastically.
• Work toward individual and team lead-generation goals.
• Provide a positive customer experience from the first conversation.
