ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking in-store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to engage customers inside national home improvement retailers in Durham, NC. Earn $20-$22 per hour plus uncapped commission and enjoy weekly pay, paid training, and flexible schedules.

The role offers potential advancement into HVAC sales advisory positions with benefits for full-time staff. You don’t need HVAC experience; a drive to talk with shoppers and willingness to meet lead-generation goals will help you

Formación

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
• Attendance at weekly in-office meetings.
• Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law.
