Job summary

ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to promote HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores in Greensboro, NC. Part-time and full-time roles offer flexible hours and uncapped commission, with hourly pay plus incentives and potential to advance into HVAC sales roles.

Expect to earn $20–$22 per hour with uncapped commission and an average earnings potential of $25–$35 per hour with incentives.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, friendly demeanor and ability to engage shoppers in conversation.
• Retail, kiosk, door-to-door or sales experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts with weekend/holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation and professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
• Weekly in-office meetings and background check compliance.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
• Approach shoppers and start friendly, professional conversations.
• Ask questions to understand customers' home comfort needs.
• Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and indoor air quality solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments.
• Represent the ARS brand professionally and enthusiastically.
• Work toward individual and team lead-generation goals.
• Provide a positive customer experience from the first conversation.
