American Residential Services (ARS) is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to promote HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores in Forney or Terrell, TX.

The role offers $18-$20 per hour plus uncapped commission, with an average earning potential of $20-$30/hour including commissions. Both part-time and full-time opportunities are available, with weekly pay and paid training.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings.
• Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law.

Responsabilités

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
• Approach shoppers and start friendly, professional conversations.
• Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and indoor air quality solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments.
• Represent the ARS brand professionally and enthusiastically.
• Work toward individual and team lead-generation goals.
• Provide a positive customer experience from the first conversation.
