Job summary

Linde plc is seeking a professional delivery driver to service customers in Escondido, CA. You will make 10-12 stops per day, unload and handle freight, complete paperwork, and provide excellent customer service in a safety-conscious environment.

This role requires a valid CDL (Class A or B), hazmat endorsement, and two years of driving experience. You must be 21+, pass DOT medical, and be able to lift up to 75 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid CDL (Class A or B) with Hazmat endorsement.
• Two years of driving experience or recent Truck Driving School certification.
• Ability to pass DOT physical and medical certificate.
• Must be 21 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers with 10–12 stops per day, handling freight and completing paperwork.
• Accurately count and record quantities of delivered and picked up items.
• Complete hazardous material shipping papers per DOT regulations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections; identify maintenance needs.
• Build relationships with internal and external customers to meet business goals.

• Youwill deliver products to customers by making an average of 10-12 stops perday, while touching freight, completing paperwork, and providing excellentcustomer service
• Accurately count and record the quantities and styles of products deliveredand picked up
• You are expected to completehazardous material shipping orders papers in accordance with DOTregulations
• Conduct and report pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Identify need for timely vehicle repairs and/or maintenance
• You will build both relationships and partnerships with internal andexternal customers to meet goals and objectives of the business and customerneeds
• You will continuously build your knowledge on how Linde’s business operatesand succeeds to help organization to continue growing

What makes you great

• Youhave a high school diploma or GED, along with proficiency in reading andwriting in English
• You will have two (2) years of consecutive driving experience or recentcertification from a Truck Driving School, along with a valid Class A or B CDL
• This role requires you to be 21years or older
• You currently have a hazmat endorsement on your CDL or must obtain onewithin 60 days of hire
• You are expected to not have anypreventable accidents, license suspensions, or moving violations in the past two (2) years
• No alcohol-related convictions within the last ten (10) years
• You must be able to pass a DOT physical and obtain a medical certificate
• You have the ability to push, pull, move, and lift a minimum of 75 poundsis required

Pay range: $32.00 - $35.00 hourly, depending on experience
