Job summary

Linde PLC in Las Cruces, NM is seeking an energetic Inside Sales/Customer Service Associate to handle telephone orders, counter sales, and warehouse duties while supporting the Outside Sales team.

You will evaluate products, promote add-on gases and hard goods, maintain accurate customer records, and conduct outbound calls to retail and B2B customers. This role offers a pay range of $20.00–$25.00 per hour with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years in Customer Service / Inside Sales / Counter Sales preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills essential.
• No DUI/DWI or alcohol-related convictions in last 10 years.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer service activities including telephone orders, answering questions and tracing order status or shipments.
• Serve customers through counter sales in-store.
• Conduct warehouse duties, including moving cylinders for customers.
• Provide sales support to Outside Sales team.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate products, equipment, and programs.
• Promote add-on sales of gases and hard goods accessories and conduct product demonstrations.
• Maintain customer records and files, ensuring accurate account setup and pricing.
• Perform outbound calls to retail and small customers.
• Sell products at minimum discount to achieve target margins and support additional locations.
