Responsibilities

• Processes freight.
• Assists with price changes and markdowns.
• Balances cash register per policy.
• Bags merchandise at checkout.
• Handles cash, checks and cards per policy.
• Obtains approvals for returns/voids.
• Performs maintenance and housekeeping as assigned.
• Delivers customer service: greet, follow fitting room policies, ring up promptly, thank customers and invite return.
• Follows safety procedures.
• Maintains professional appearance and name tag.
• Assists with merchandising on the sales floor per stock levels.
• Explains exchange/refund policies at checkout.
• Assists with loss prevention, prevents theft, reports incidents per policy.
• Other duties as assigned.
