Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions using approved selling practices and guidelines
• Meet or exceed associate performance standards consistently
• Understand website navigation and leverage technology to assist customers when product is not in store
• Maintain knowledge of merchandise lines, features, benefits, and availability
• Process customer transactions in the POS system (sales, returns, exchanges)
• Complete required training in the expected timeframe and participate in ongoing learning
• Partner with other selling and sales support associates and cashiers to provide superior customer service
• Perform other duties as assigned
