Job summary

What you will enjoy doing*

• Youwill perform customer service activities, including receiving and enteringtelephone orders, answering questions, resolving challenges, and tracingorder status or product shipments
• Serve customers through counter sales in the retail store
• Conduct warehouse duties, including moving cylinders for customers
• Provide sales support to the Outside Sales team
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate products, equipment, and programs
• You will promote add-on sales of gases and high-margin hard goodsaccessories and conduct product demonstrations as an in-store salesrepresentative
• Maintain customer records and files, ensuring accurate account setup andpricing
• Perform outbound calls to retail and small 'B' customers
• You will sell products at minimum discount to achieve target margins andoccasionally support additional locations

What makes you great

• You should have excellent customer service skills to be successful in thisrole
• You do not have a DUI/DWI or other alcohol (driving) related convictionswithin the last ten (10) years

Pay Range: $21.00-$30.00 per hour, depending on experience.
