Job summary

Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. in Lowell, MA, is seeking an Inside Sales/Customer Service professional to handle telephone orders, counter sales, and warehouse duties. You’ll support the Outside Sales team, promote add-on items, maintain records, and assist with pricing accuracy.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year in related sales or service, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Responsibilities

• You will promote add-on sales of gases and high-margin hard goodsaccessories and conduct product demonstrations as an in-store salesrepresentative
• Further, you will maintain customer records and files, ensuring accurate account setup andpricing
• Perform outbound calls to retail and small 'B' customers
• You will sell products at minimum discount to achieve target margins andoccasionally support additional locations

What makes you great
