Linde plc is seeking a customer-focused Inside Sales/Counter Sales role in Denver, CO. You will handle telephone orders, assist customers at the counter, and support warehouse activities including moving cylinders for clients.

Responsibilities include evaluating products, promoting add-ons, and assisting the Outside Sales team. A high school diploma and 1+ year of related experience are preferred. Pay ranges hourly with benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of customer service / inside sales / counter sales experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills needed to succeed in this role.
• Ability to handle phone and in-person customer interactions effectively.

What you will enjoy doing*

• Youwill perform customer service activities, including receiving and enteringtelephone orders, answering questions, resolving challenges, and tracingorder status or product shipments
• Serve customers through counter sales in the retail store
• Conduct warehouse duties, including moving cylinders for customers
• And you will provide sales support to the Outside Sales team
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate products, equipment, and programs
• You will promote add-on sales of gases and high-margin hard goodsaccessories and conduct product demonstrations as an in-store salesrepresentative
• Maintain customer records and files, ensuring accurate account setup andpricing
• Perform outbound calls to retail and small 'B' customers
• You will sell products at minimum discount to achieve target margins andoccasionally support additional locations

What makes you great

• Youhave a high school diploma / GED
• More than one (1+) year(s) of Customer Service / Inside Sales / Counter Sales is preferred
• You should have excellent customer service skills to be successful in thisrole
• Further, you do not have a DUI / DWI or other alcohol (driving) related convictionswithin the last ten (10) years
• Able to lift 50lbs

Pay range: $22.91 - $33.61 hourly, based on experience
