Job summary

Carlisle Companies is seeking an In Store Sales Representative to drive sales within assigned Home Depot locations in Puerto Rico, Bayamón, and Caguas. The role focuses on building relationships with store decision makers, developing pro and retail customers, and servicing the product line in-store; training on the product line is provided.

The position has no direct supervisory responsibilities and requires no travel outside the territory beyond occasional conferences and training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years of previous sales, retail, account management, or service‑oriented experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Sell to contractors in the aisle and provide leads to Territory Managers; collaborate with pro desks to prospect and close sales.
• Assist consumers with construction projects involving roofing.
• Train store associates on Carlisle products through hands‑on use and seasonal projects.
• Secure and build endcaps, bulkstacks, and wingstacks to promote Carlisle products.
