This role requires experience with roofing and coatings, proven regional sales, and the ability to engage General Contractors and decision-makers. Fluency in English and Spanish, strong communication, and willingness to travel up to 50% across states.

Qualifications

• Experience with roofing and coatings.
• Proven sales in closing commercial, industrial, and residential projects.
• Engaging with General Contractors, Owners, and Decision-Makers to optimize high performance systems.
• Excellent communication in English and Spanish.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Strong negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to travel 50% across multi-state territories.

Responsibilities

• Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products and solicit orders.
• Recommend products to customers based on needs and interests.
• Answer questions about products, prices, availability, and terms.
• Estimate or quote prices, credit, or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates.
• Consult with clients after sales to resolve problems and provide ongoing support.
• Provide customers with product samples and data sheets.
• Prepare estimates and bids that meet customer needs.
• Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' offerings.
• Attend trade shows and conferences to identify prospects.
• Prepare site surveys and communicate findings to clients.
