Job summary

Carlisle Companies is seeking an In Store Sales Representative to drive sales opportunities within assigned Home Depot territories in Puerto Rico, covering Bayamón and Caguas. This role builds relationships with store decision makers, develops new pro and retail customers, and provides hands-on product demonstrations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of previous sales, retail, account management, or service-oriented experience.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Sell to contractors in the aisle and provide leads to Territory Managers; work with pro desks to prospect and close sales.
• Help consumers with their construction projects involving roofing.
• Train store associates on Henry products through hands-on use and seasonal projects.
• Secure and build endcaps, bulkstacks, and wingstacks to promote Henry products.
• Work with the Home Depot MET to ensure product is set to plan-o-gram with literature, headers, and price tags.
