Job summary

DICK’S Sporting Goods in the United States is seeking a Lead to influence brand standards and teammate experience within their store department. Under guidance of the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager, the Lead becomes the in-store expert, delivering outstanding service while guiding teammates.

The role builds a people-first culture, plans 30 days out, delegates tasks, upholds merchandising standards, assists with training and onboarding, and coaches others to understand the why behind

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior retail sales or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up to 35 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods (up to 4 hours).
• Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with ladder or lift.
