Job summary

Product Connections, part of Acosta Group, seeks an associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations. You will learn product details, interact with consumers, and present benefits in a professional manner. Role involves setting up events, serving samples, and maintaining a clean workspace.

Part-time position with up to 25 hours weekly, flexible scheduling around client needs. Knowledge of Outlook/Word/PDF helpful, and a local food handler permit may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; 1–3 months related experience may be accepted.
• Proficient in using a personal computer and internal systems.
• Local Food handler permit may be required.

Responsibilities

• Possesses the aptitude and ability to gain knowledge of products represented.
• Proactively engage and interact with consumers to sell product.
• Communicate product features and benefits effectively.
• Prepare and serve food samples using appliances such as microwaves, fryers, skillets, coffee makers and knives.
• Maintain a clean, safe workstation with cleaning chemicals.
• Set up and prepare Event Table for execution.
• Achieve 100% execution on assigned tasks.
• Assist with client visits and audit corrections.
• Build rapport with store personnel to meet objectives.
• Complete expense reports per company policy.
• Submit online requirements on the same day as events.
• Access internet and navigate internal systems, including Word & PDF forms.
