Job summary

Product Connections, part of Acosta Group, seeks an associate to perform in-store demonstrations and engage customers to showcase products. You will handle samples, explain benefits, and maintain a clean, professional booth environment in a retail setting.

The role is part-time, involves up to 25 hours per week, and requires basic computer skills and a high school diploma. Local food handlers permit may be required, with bilingual ability a plus.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Computer skills: Proficient in using a PC or mobile device and internal systems.
• Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Local Food handlers permit may be required.
• Language: English; bilingual skills may be required based on business necessity.
• Physical Demands: Stand and walk; lift up to 25 pounds; handle appliances and cleaning supplies.

Responsibilities

• Complete in-store food and non-food demonstrations, preparing and serving samples.
• Intercept, engage, interact, and sell product to consumers in a positive manner.
• Explain features and benefits of products to customers.
• Maintain clean, safe work station and professional appearance.
• Set up Event Table and ensure 100% execution on assigned work.
• Submit expenses and online requirements on event day.
